Florida Society of the Social Sciences (F3S) 18th Annual Conference of the Social Sciences

The Florida Society of the Social Sciences (F3S) will be hosting the 18th Annual Conference of the Social Sciences at the University of Florida from 9AM to 4PM on Saturday, April 13, 2024.

This year’s theme is “Contesting Boundaries of Freedom: Challenges and Opportunities,” and will feature panels, formal paper sessions, poster sessions, art presentations, and workshops. The conference is free to attend and open to all.

This interdisciplinary conference provides graduate and undergraduate students from diverse fields of the social sciences the opportunity to showcase their research in a collegiate environment and to network with other social science students/researchers on campus. This year’s conference aims to provide a platform for emerging scholars to explore and engage with the multifaceted dimensions of freedom, its contested boundaries, and the diverse challenges and opportunities it presents in the contemporary world.
