About

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Sociology with a mission to help organizations and leaders collectively wake up to our full potential. My cross-cultural, mixed methods research focuses on discovering the characteristics of wise organizations and wise leadership to envision a world that works for all. Before joining the PhD. Program, I served corporations for two decades in various roles to build capacities for transformative cultural changes, mindful processes, sustainable development, and thriving communities. I am publishing journal articles about wisdom in organizations with my mentor, Dr. Monika Ardelt, and I am enjoying a stint as a reviewer for the Journal of Undergraduate Research (JUR). Recently, my international dissertation research received the Jerome A. Connor Award for 2023-2024. Also, I am the recipient of the prestigious Graduate Students Teaching Award for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024.
